Designed in collaboration with Matthew Moger of Lyman Perry Architects, and Townsend Moore of Tick Hill Studio, Hugh Lofting Timber Framing, Inc. is proud to introduce its Eco Collection of sustainable homes. These homes are designed for today’s lifestyles, with open living areas and private away spaces, combining timber framing with structural insulated panel construction to create drama, contain costs and optimize your family's comfort. 

The collection incorporates many sustainable techniques and is designed to meet the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for homes (LEED-H) criteria. We encourage our clients to minimumize their impact on the environment by using earth friendly materials, limiting site distrubance, incorporating innovative stormwater techniques and carefully positioning the home to maximize solar absorbtion and the natural flow of the wind to increase energy efficiency.
